The monthly income of pension or annuity may be at least One Thousand balboas (B/.1,000.00) unless the applicant has acquired personal property in the national territory for a sum greater than One Hundred Thousand Balboas (B/.100,000.00). In this case, the pension may be a minimum of Seven Hundred Fifty (B/.750.00).
